About Me
Ashley was born in Washington D.C, and raised in the State of Maryland. She is a talented mother of two boys, (Caleb & Cashus), and one girl (Moya). This Professional Mom gained her educational background in Art during High School & College where she received 1st place awards in painting & sculpture. Ashley is a UMGC Graduate. She has her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Graphic Communications. With the experience of painting, sculpting, and designing for over 20 years, she now enjoys teaching others how to draw and paint. Her teaching journey began when her first born Caleb, was diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer at only 11 months old. With this horrific tragedy, Ashley used her artistic abilities as an emotional outlet. This allowed her to express and receive all of the cognitive benefits that painting and designing gives. She also discovered her passion in showing others how to relax and get lost in their own creativity through art.
